On Friday April 10, 2015, members of the Jackson County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit, Patrol Division and Section Police Department responded to a report of "Shots Fired" at a residence on Alabama Highway 35 in Section, AL.  Upon arrival and pursuant to this investigation, Deputies observed evidence of Methamphetamine Manufacturing at the residence.  A search Warrant was obtained and executed and which yielded a methamphetamine lab, over 2 ounces of finished methamphetamine, approximately 1 ounce of marijuana, assorted controlled pills, over $5,000 Cash and a handgun. five persons were arrested and charged as listed below:

1) LITTLE, Timothy Wayne, age 49 of Section, AL. charged with Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Methamphetamine,   Possession of Marijuana 1st degree, 7 counts of Possession of Controlled Substances (Controlled Pills), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess a Handgun.  

2) LITTLE, Ramona Wilbanks, age 52 of Section, AL. charged with Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Methamphetamine,  Possession of Marijuana 1st degree, 7 counts of Possession of Controlled Substances (Controlled Pills), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess a Handgun.  

3) CARTER, Karen Renee, age 49 of Pisgah, AL. charged with: Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Possession of Controlled Substances (Controlled Pills), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  

4) SIMS, Billy, age 39 of Section, AL. charged with: Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Possession of Controlled Substances (Controlled Pills), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  

5) SMALLEY, Roy, age 50 of Ft. Payne, AL. charged with: Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Possession of Controlled Substances (Controlled Pills), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
