03/28/2019 JCSO Drug Arrest Two During Drug Search |

On March 27, 2019, Deputies and Narcotics Investigators from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the residence of Tommy Lee Warren on Highway 277 in Stevenson, AL. During this search Deputies located and seized Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia. Also found in the residence was Tommy Warren's disabled step-son who was found to be living in extremely poor hygienic conditions, and in need of medical attention. DHR was contacted and the step-son was transported to Highlands Medical Center for treatment. Tommy Lee Warren age 59 of Stevenson, AL, was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Reckless Endangerment. John Wayne Warren age 58 of Stevenson, AL, brother of Tommy Warren, was also present at the residence, and was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Tommie Warren was released from the Jackson County Jail on $5,600 bond and John Warren remains in jail on a $5,300 bond. |
