Escaped Inmate Shelby Ryan PARADISE was arrested without incident today in New Hope, Alabama. Special thanks to the New Hope Police Department, Madison County Sheriff's Office, Scottsboro Police Department and the Limestome County Prison K-9 Tracking Unit for assisting in the arrest of PARADISE. .
