On August 3, 2015, members of the Jackson County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit, Patrol Deputies, Stevenson Police Department and Bridgeport Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence on County Road 45 in the Fackler community.  During this search, several used "one Pot" Methamphetamine Labs, Items used to Manufacture Methamphetamine, Methamphetamine, One Marijuana Plant, Two Ounces of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia were located and seized.

Pursuant to this investigation, Shawn Douglas SMALLWOOD age 36 of Fackler, AL. was arrested and charged with Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine 1st Degree, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substances- Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  

SMALLWOOD was transported to the Jackson County Jail where he is being held on $18,000 Bond.
