On August 4, 2015, members of the Jackson County Sheriff's Office and Patrol Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle occupied by Jason Wallace MOORE age 42 of Pisgah, AL. This traffic stop took place near County Road 78 and County Road 778 in the Rosalie Community.   MOORE had an outstanding arrest warrant from the Scottsboro Police Department and was placed under arrest.

 During the arrest of MOORE, MOORE was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine, Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia. Additional MOORE was in possession of Alcoholic Beverages.   MOORE was transported to the Jackson County Jail and charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substances-Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Illegal Possession of Alcoholic Beverages (IPAB).  

MOORE remains in the Jackson County Jail and bond has not yet been set.  Additionally Holds have been placed on MOORE for Scottsboro Police Department and Henagar Police Departments.
