08/26/2015 Stevenson Drug Arrest
On August 25, 2015, Stevenson Police Department patrol officers conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle on Steam Plant Road in Stevenson, AL. This stop was based on information provided by the Jackson County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit. As a result of this traffic stop and a subsequent search of the vehicle, a quantity of methamphetamine, marijuana, hydrocodone, un-prescribed prescription medication and drug paraphernalia were located and seized. Arrested in connection with this investigation was: Connie Leann KIRK age 39 of Stevenson, AL who was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana 1st degree, Possession of Hydrocodone, Possession of Prescription Medication and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. KIRK was transported to the Jackson County Jail where she remains on a $12,000 bond.
