On Tuesday November 3, 2015, at around 11:30 PM, Jackson County Sheriffs Office Lt. Craig Holcomb encountered a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Ridge Crest Apartments in Bridgeport, AL. occupied by three persons (1 female and 2 males). Upon investigation, Deputies located and seized approximately 121 grams of a substance, which tested positive for M.D.M.A (3-4 methylenedioxymethamphetamine), a small quantity of Bath Salts, and Drug Paraphernalia. Two of the subjects provided false information and/or identifications in an attempt to hide their identity. All three subjects, listed below were arrested and charged with the listed charges.

Ivory COTRELL age 29 of Stevenson, AL. was charged with Trafficking in MDMA, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substances (Bath Salts), and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. COTRELL remains in the Jackson County Jail on $13,000 bond.

Travis VARNELL age 19 of Chattanooga, TN. was charged with Trafficking in MDMA, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Obstruction of Justice. VARNELL remains in the Jackson County Jail on $13,000 bond.

Katie MONTELONGO age 24 of South Pittsburg, TN. who was charged with Trafficking in MDMA, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Obstruction of Justice. MONTELONGO remains in the Jackson County Jail on $13,000 bond.
