In the early morning hours of Saturday November 7, 2015, Deputies of the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a shooting at a residence on County Road 107 in Skyline, AL. Upon arrival, Deputies found that a 31-year-old male had been shot multiple times in the leg. During the investigation of this incident it was determined that after an argument, the victim was shot, allegedly by his brother, Joel Presley LOWE age 23 of Skyline, AL. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment for the gunshot and is currently recovering. Joel LOWE was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence 1st degree-Assault and was transported to the Jackson County Jail. Bond has not yet been set.
