01/15/2016 Counterfeit Recording Arrest in Dutton, AL.
On January 14, 2016, members of the Jackson County Sheriffs Office Narcotics Unit and Patrol Division Deputies went a residence located on Alabama Highway 71 in Dutton, AL. to assist Jackson County DHR. While at the residence, Sheriff’s Office personnel observed a handgun and counterfeit movies. A search warrant was obtained and executed for the residence during which, Deputies located computers, DVD burner and hundreds of counterfeit DVD’s, that included recently released movies, along with complete sets of TV series and sporting events, all which were being Produced/Copied at the residence. Narcotics Investigators also located controlled pills and prescription medication without a valid prescription inside the residence. The following persons were arrested and charged with the listed crimes: HINKLE, Richard Joseph age 39 of Dutton, AL. charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substances (Lorazepam), Illegal Possession of Prescription Medication, Certain Persons Forbidden from Possessing a Firearm and Illegal Manufacture/Sale/Distribution of Recordings. Brandi WHITE age 38 of Dutton, AL. charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substances (Lorazepam), Illegal Possession of Prescription Medication, and Illegal Manufacture/Sale/Distribution of Recordings. Bond not yet set at the time of this release.
