On Tuesday April 19, 2016, members of the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Division arrested Michael Anthony WALLACE, age 34 of Stevenson, AL., on outstanding arrest warrants stemming from a complaint of an inappropriate relationship with a North Jackson High School student.  WALLACE was employed at the North Jackson High School and the victim was 15 years of age at the time of this alleged incident. The incident was alleged to have took place in late 2015. After a two-week investigation by the Sheriff’s Office, WALLACE was charged with the following charges:

Enticing Child to Enter Vehicle, House, etc., for Immoral Purposes.

(Title 13A-6-69) Class C Felony

School Employee Having Sexual Contact with a Student under the age of 19 years. (Title 13A-6-82) Class A Misdemeanor.
