On Tuesday July 11th, 2017, Jackson County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Cecil Davis conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle near Broadway Avenue and 7th Street in Bridgeport, AL. During this traffic stop Deputy Davis found that one of the occupants of the vehicle (Holly Elaine HOLDER age 32 of Bridgeport, AL.) had an outstanding arrest warrant for a Probation Revocation. HOLDER was placed under arrest for the outstanding warrant. JCSO Narcotics Captain Jimmy Jones responded to assist in this traffic stop along with K-9 “Tucker”.   K-9 “Tucker” indicated on the vehicle for the presence of narcotics/controlled drugs odors and a search was conducted.   During this search, a quantity of methamphetamine was located. The driver of the vehicle, Patricia Danielle GAMBLE age 32 of Bridgeport, AL., was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substances (Methamphetamine), Possession with intent to distribute (Methamphetamine), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both subjects were transported to the Jackson County Jail without incident. While at the jail, GAMBLE was searched and found to be in possession of additional amounts of Methamphetamine. GAMBLE was also charged with Promoting Prison Contraband.

Total amount of Methamphetamine seized was 14.6 grams.

Bond for GAMBLE was set at 20,800.

No bond was set for HOLDER.
