These offices manage all financial records for the Sheriff's Office.

Other responsibilities include: The sale of pistol permits to the public; entering all warrants and civil processes in preparation for their service by deputies; Sheriff's sales; processing arrest paperwork for the court system; managing employee time records; registering of sex offenders in Jackson County and managing extradition of fugitives from other states.
