Deputy arrests wanted person and leads to drug seizure

On April 27,2026 a patrol deputy spotted a vehicle occupied by a wanted person on Willow Street in Scottsboro. The deputy made contact with the occupants of the vehicle. The deputy observed narcotics in the vehicle as he arrested the wanted person ( Heather Lee ) on a bond revocation warrant. Approximately 58 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was located in the vehicle. Both occupants of the vehicle were arrested and charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Scottsboro Police assisted with the arrests.
