Firearms Related Arrests Over The Weekend Made By Deputies
JCSO Deputies made firearms related arrests on two separate calls for service over the weekend.
On October 12,2025 Deputies responded to a shots fired call during a property dispute on Highway 72 in Woodville. Deputies arrived on scene and determined shots were fired through a door into the residence. The occupants of the residence we not injured.
Ashlee Poma age 36 of Woodville was taken into custody on the scene by deputies and charged with Discharging a Firearm Into A Occupied Dwelling. Poma was released on a 15,000.00 bond.

On October 13,2025 a Deputy stopped a vehicle on Highway 117 in FlatRock due to the driver having a outstanding probation warrant. During the arrest of the driver the deputy located a firearm on the person and two more inside the vehicle. The person is prohibited from possessing firearms due to his previous criminal convictions. Drug paraphernalia was also located in the vehicle. Patrick Blake Roberts age 36 of FlatRock was arrested and charged with Certain Persons Forbidden From Possessing Firearms, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and a Probation Warrant. Roberts is currently in the Jackson County Jail with No Bond.
