JCSO Meth/Fentanyl Seizure/Arrests

On February 4,2024 Jackson County Deputies and Narcotics Investigators executed a search warrant at a residence located on County Road 379 in Dutton. During the search of the residence; Marijuana, Cocaine, Psilocybin Mushrooms, and Hydrocodone pills were located. 

During the intake process at the Jackson County Jail, Corrections Deputy located 19.15 grams of Meth/Fentanyl concealed on the person of Billy Joe Howard. 

 

Billy Joe Howard was charged with:

Possession of Controlled Substance- Cocaine

Trafficking in Meth/Fentanyl

 

Teresa Howard was charged with:

Possession of Marijuana

Possession of Controlled Substance- Hallucinogen

Possession of Controlled Substance- Opium/Derivative

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
